MAIN QUESTIONS
- How does Risk Management work?
All operations opened on the main account are replicated to the client's account according to their investor profile. The profile is defined through an interview with our team who will determine the appropriate management with regard to batch size, risk exposure and customer objectives.
- Are the operations manual or performed by robots?
All operations opened by our team are done completely manually, which includes technical analysis through indicators and own experience. We do not use any type of robot in our operations.
- What is the average profitability?
Profitability varies according to the customer profile. More conservative accounts will obviously have lower profits than moderate or aggressive accounts. However, as it is a variable income market, there is no way to accurately inform the average profit. Furthermore, we cannot offer you a fixed profit/profitability as it is against the law and a crime.
- Do I need to send you money? Can you use my money without authorization?
No. Under no circumstances. Our services are limited to opening, managing and closing operations. We do not access accounts or operate them. This option is offered by the broker where the client has an account and we do not have access to this. My Forex Manager does not raise funds from any client as it is not an investment fund. As previously stated, just a copy and operations management service. The only money we receive is the monthly fees for maintaining the system and the previously agreed commission on profits generated.
- What happens if after the end of the month I don't pay the system commission and monthly fee?
Basically your account will be deactivated from our copy system and will no longer be managed by our team. The risk of not receiving payment for the services provided is solely ours. There is no risk of protests, inclusion of name in credit protection bodies or judicial execution. We believe that it is not in our customers' interests to act in bad faith with us. It is a mutual exchange of trust.
- Can I cancel my subscription and management of you at any time?
Yes. You can cancel our services at any time. We only ask that you notify us in advance so that we can close operations or indicate a better solution if there are operations in progress at the time of the cancellation request. As each account is managed individually, disconnecting a customer's account from our server does not affect other customers.
- Do you guarantee monthly profit? Am I at risk of losing my capital?
As it is a mixed income market, it is not possible to guarantee any profit in any period whatsoever. However, since we started, we have made solid income every month. Regarding the risk of loss of capital, yes, it is possible to have losses of realized profits and/or invested capital. We work with the best strategies and risk management, but it is not possible to say that there is no risk of loss. This is part of the financial market as a whole.
- Can I trade on my account alongside your operations?
Although you have full access to your MT4/MT5 account, it is highly recommended not to open or close any trades as this may interfere with open and future trades and may disrupt My Forex Manager's trading strategy. Another detail is that our management is based on the level of margin and capital available in the account. If the client opens joint operations on the account, it becomes impossible to carry out good management, which could ruin the account.
- Should I pay anything if in any month there is a loss on the account or no profit generated on it?
In the month in which we are unable to generate profit on the account due to bad market conditions or any other situation, as well as if the account closes the month with a loss, there is obviously no commission charge. Because the commission is only charged when some profit is generated in the account. However, the monthly fee for maintaining the copy system is charged in full regardless of profit/loss on the account.
- How do I track operations in real time and history?
Through MT4/MT5 itself you can access ongoing operations at any time, as well as access the entire history of closed operations.
